PRICE OF WORK (11/06/09)

I currently charge any amount from £20.00p (within my normal working hours and not including hardware costs where applicable) for the first hour then £10.00p per hour thereafter for standard jobs which includes the following:-

INSTALLATIONS

• Wired / Wireless Networking - Generally, all devices if they are picked up by me, setup and tested before going to the client for installation. I am also now installing wireless for AppleMAC computers.
  
• PC Installation - Full system installation including any additional peripheral devices are installed as a fixed amount no matter of time involved.
  
• System Maintenance - I will provide viral removal, malware/spyware removal and general system maintenance for clients on request and/or at a regular interval if requested.
  

TUITION
I also provide tuition to any client for any reason, whether it be for general usage of a computer system or for advanced keyboard/mouse training or applications of choice, all done for a rate of £10.00p per hour.

NOTE : I reserve the right to increase the estimated amount if the client requests additional configurations etc. which keep me at a location for a long period of time after the initial time period has expired (Usually most £30.00p call outs don't take anything more than one hour to complete).

Due to recent "rubber" bouncing cheques, I have decided to no longer accept cheques, so ALL payments are required to be paid by CASH ONLY. Thank you.

EXAMPLE CHARGES

• Reinstallation of Microsoft Windows - This is a complete reinstallation of Microsoft Windows (All Versions). This procedure includes...
  • Backup Of Personal Data - Documents, pictures and multimedia.
  • Backup Of Emails - Includes the Address Book and account settings.
  • Drivers - All the latest drivers for your system are downloaded and installed.
  • Windows Updates - All available updates for the system are downloaded and installed, including Service Packs.
  • FREE Security Software - If you don't provide your own security software, I will usually install excellent FREE alternatives to keep your system secure.
    
    NOTE : You need to specify and provide additional software for installation and could be charged accordingly as this software isn't classed as "required" system software. You also need to provide your original Microsoft Windows software key (unless it remains intact on the side of your computer case).
    
    PRICE : £60.00p (excluding travelling expenses for long distances, additional software requests and final hardware installation when returning to clients location)

OPENING HOURS

My opening hours are 10am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

NOTE : There are exceptions where I can be called to a client out of hours for emergency services...

• If you are unable to be seen within the hours of 10am-5pm but feel you need to make arrangements after those times, then a callout can be arranged at a fee of £40.00p for the first hour and £10.00p per hour thereafter.
  
• If you are unable to be seen during the week, a weekend callout can be arranged at the charge of £50.00p for the first hour and £10.00p per hour thereafter.
  
• During Bank Holidays / Xmas / New Year, you can be looking for a fee of up to £100.00p per hour.

NOTE : Due to my field of travel increases, I do reserve the right to charge an additional free starting from £5.00p for travelling expences.
